Covid-19 What to expect when you come for treatment
The Institute of Osteopathy has reviewed Government and public health guidance and has confirmed that there is little change in the required infection control measures from 19th July 2021. It is also still recommended that patients wear a face-covering when receiving osteopathic care, unless exempt.
Please continue to not attend the clinic if you or someone who you have been in close contact with tests positive for Covid or develops a new persistent cough, fever or experiences loss/change of sense or taste, please cancel your appointment and self-isolate. There is no charge for cancelled appointments. Please arrive on time for your appointment, on your own if possible and bring a mask. When you arrive at the practice please wait in your car if possible. There is a chair in the hallway which you may use if it’s hot or if you have arrived by bike, bus or on foot. This is to maintain social distancing and reduce contact with others. We will come out of the practice to get you when the treatment room has been cleaned. Before you enter the practice please put on your mask, place any personal belongings you may have on the desk and sanitise your hands.
The card machine is located in the hallway, if you prefer to pay by BACS our account number is 64842088 and sort code is 01-54-90 please remember to include your name so that we know who the payment is from.
